Automatically reach out the day after a tour or event

How to set it up

Step 1: Create your automation

  1. Go to Automations in your Enrollio dashboard
  2. Click Create Automation
  3. Choose Event Start Date as your trigger

Step 2: Configure the timing

  1. Select your event (tour calendar, open house, etc.)
  2. Set the delay to 1 day after event start
  3. Choose what time you want the message to send (we recommend mid-morning, around 10am)

Step 3: Add your follow-up actions

  1. Click Add Action
  2. Choose Send Email or Send Text Message
  3. Write your message — keep it warm and helpful
  4. Save your automation
