How to Set Up One-Time Booking Links

Follow these steps to automatically generate and send one-time booking links to families:

Step 1: Create Your Automation

  1. Navigate to Automations in your Enrollio dashboard
  2. Click Create Automation
  3. Choose a trigger that fits your needs (e.g., when a family submits a tour request form)

Step 2: Add the One-Time Booking Link Action

  1. Click Add Action in your automation
  2. Select the Appointments category
  3. Choose Generate One Time Booking Link
  4. Select which calendar you want to use (e.g., your Tour Calendar or Enrollment Consultation Calendar)
  5. Click Save

Step 3: Send the Link to Families

  1. Add another action to your automation — choose Send Email or Send Text Message
  2. In the message body, click where you want to insert the booking link
  3. Click the Custom Value button
  4. Select Generate One Time Booking Link → One Time Link

Step 4: Customize and Publish

  1. Write your message around the booking link (see example below)
  2. Click Save on the email or text action
  3. Click Publish to activate your automation

How It Works

Once your automation is published, here's what happens:

  1. A family triggers your automation (e.g., by submitting a tour request)
  2. Enrollio automatically generates a unique one-time booking link for that family
  3. The link is sent via email or text message
  4. The family clicks the link and books their appointment
  5. The link expires immediately after booking — no one else can use it
Pro Tip: Combine this with a follow-up automation that sends a reminder 24 hours before the scheduled tour or meeting. This reduces no-shows and keeps your calendar running smoothly.
