Prerequisites
- Enrollio account with access to Email Marketing
- A configured Brand Board (recommended for best results)
- Appropriate role permissions to enable Labs features (if required in your account)
Create with Email AI
- Navigate to Email Marketing and click Emails
- Click on the Templates tab
- Click Build with AI (or open an existing campaign/template and choose the AI option in edit mode)
- Click Assist Mode and confirm your Brand Board
- Choose a starting method:
- From a Reference: Upload a file or upload an image
- From a Prompt: Describe audience, goal, offer, tone, and desired sections
- Generate the draft, then iterate conversationally:
- Rewrite
- Shorten
- Translate
- Add Section
- Change Theme
Preview links, images, and compliance content, then make final manual edits in the builder.
- Use the menu to open Version History to compare and restore previous versions
- Click Save Template to schedule or send in your campaign flow
