How It Works

When someone comments on your Instagram post, Enrollio automatically replies to their comment and sends them a direct message with interactive buttons. This keeps your responses fast and professional, even when you're busy running your center.

What This Automation Does

  1. Trigger: Fires when anyone leaves a first-level comment on your Instagram post
  2. Action 1: Replies to their comment with a friendly message like "Thanks for your interest! Check your DMs"
  3. Action 2: Sends an interactive DM with buttons (example: "Visit Our Website" or "Get the Enrollment Checklist")
  4. Action 3: Delivers the promised resource via DM when they click a button

Setting Up This Automation

You can create this automation from scratch or use our pre-built recipe as a starting point:

  1. Go to Automations in your Enrollio dashboard
  2. Click Create Automation
  3. Choose the Instagram Comment Recipe (or build your own)
  4. Customize the messages to match your center's voice
  5. Add your enrollment checklist, tour information, or other resources
  6. Test with a comment on your own post before going live

Important Notes
