Enrollio's powerful search capabilities help you locate specific enrollment opportunities quickly, saving time and keeping your admissions process running smoothly.

Step 1: Accessing Enrollment Opportunities

Log in to your Enrollio account and navigate to the Opportunities section from the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Understanding the Search Bar

Once you're in the Opportunities section, you'll see the search bar at the top of the page. This search bar lets you find enrollment opportunities by entering keywords or specific details.

You can search by:

  • Opportunity name
  • Parent phone number
  • Parent email
  • Company name (for corporate accounts)
  • Tags
  • Family name

Step 3: Conducting a Search

Enter relevant keywords or phrases into the search bar. As you type, Enrollio will automatically filter your enrollment opportunities to show matching results in real-time.

Search Tips:

  • Type at least 3 characters before search results appear
  • Search looks for words from the beginning, not the middle — for example, searching "Enro" will find "Enrollment for Smith Family" but "rollment" will not

Pro Tip: Combine search with filters to narrow down your results even further. Use tags to organize families by program type, age group, or enrollment status for faster searching.
