What You Can Update in Bulk

You can bulk edit most standard and custom fields on enrollment opportunities, including:

  • Pipeline and stage
  • Assigned team member
  • Monetary value
  • Status (open, won, lost, abandoned)
  • Expected enrollment date
  • Custom fields specific to your center

Common Use Cases

Moving opportunities through your pipeline: When a group of families completes their tours, select all their opportunities and move them to the "Application Submitted" stage at once.

Reassigning staff: If a staff member leaves or responsibilities change, bulk reassign their opportunities to another team member.

Updating start dates: When your enrollment timeline shifts, update expected start dates across multiple opportunities quickly.

Closing old opportunities: Select stale opportunities and mark them as "lost" or "abandoned" to keep your pipeline current.
