How to Use Brand Boards in Email Campaigns

Brand boards keep your email marketing consistent with your center's look and feel. They make your key design elements—fonts, colors, and logos—easily accessible, so every parent communication stays on-brand.

Why Use Brand Boards in Emails?

1. Easy Access to Your Design Elements

Keep all your brand's fonts and colors at your fingertips. No more hunting for color codes or remembering font names when you're creating an email campaign. Everything is organized and ready to use.

2. No Custom Code Required

Brand boards provide pre-set colors and fonts directly in your email editor. Select from your saved options without dealing with custom values or code blocks.

3. Maintain Consistency Across All Parent Communications

Your emails, newsletters, and tour reminders will always reflect your center's style. Consistent branding strengthens recognition and builds trust with families.

How Brand Boards Work in Emails

Fonts and Colors

Only the fonts and colors from your default brand board appear in the email editor's color and font pickers. This keeps your options streamlined and on-brand.

Logos

In the media library, you can view and use logos from all your brand boards. This makes it easy to add your center's logo to any email template.

Changing Your Default Brand Board

You can switch the default brand board to access different color palettes and fonts. Only one brand board can be set as default at a time.
