📌 Pro Tip: Enable Tracking for Your Domain
For accurate tracking and to maintain a strong sender reputation, make sure open and click tracking are enabled for your sending domain. These events provide critical engagement data that inbox providers use to determine whether your emails reach parents' inboxes.
What You Can Do With Email Event Triggers
Use email engagement to personalize your follow-up:
- Send a tour booking link when parents click your program overview
- Add engaged families to a "hot leads" list
- Trigger a phone call task when parents open your tuition email multiple times
- Send additional information based on which links parents click
This helps you focus your energy on families who are actively interested in your childcare program.
