What Are Enrollment Site Versions?
In October 2021, Enrollio upgraded its page builder to improve how enrollment sites and landing pages handle payment processing. If you've been with us since before that date, you might see two different versions of your pages.
Version 1 pages were built before October 2021 and aren't labeled in the system.
Version 2 pages were built after October 2021 and show a "Version 2" label.
If you joined Enrollio recently, you'll only see Version 2 — you're already on the latest and fastest version.
What's Different in Version 2?
Version 2 includes several improvements to make collecting enrollment fees and registration payments easier:
- PayPal payment processing — Accept payments through PayPal in addition to Stripe
- One-step order forms — Families can complete registration and payment on a single page
- Centralized payment tracking — All transactions appear in your Payments tab
- Streamlined product setup — Create registration fees, enrollment deposits, and other products in the Payments section, then add them to your enrollment forms
- Stripe product import — Pull existing products directly from your Stripe account
How to Upgrade a Version 1 Page to Version 2
Upgrading is simple — you'll clone your existing page to create a Version 2 copy.
- Open the enrollment site or landing page you want to upgrade
- Click the Copy button
- Select your location (you can clone to up to 3 locations at once)
- Once you've selected a location, the Clone button will become active
- Click Clone
That's it! Your upgraded Version 2 page is ready to use.

Version 2 pages require you to create products in the Payments section before adding them to enrollment forms:
- Go to Payments in your Enrollio dashboard
- Create products for registration fees, enrollment deposits, or activity fees
- When editing your enrollment page, add an order form element
- Select the products you created to include them in the form
You can also import existing products from Stripe if you're already using it for payment processing.
