What is Custom Font Support?

Custom Font Support lets you upload and use your own font files directly in Enrollio's page builder. No CSS tricks or external hosting needed—just upload your brand's fonts and apply them to any enrollment page or website you create.

This keeps your childcare center's brand consistent across every page parents see, from their first tour request to final enrollment.

Why Use Custom Fonts?

Brand Consistency: Use the exact same typography across every enrollment page and landing page for a unified parent experience.

No CSS Required: Apply custom fonts entirely through the builder—no coding knowledge needed.

Faster Workflow: Upload once, then select your font from the dropdown in any text element across all your pages.

Flexible Styling: Upload different font weights (Bold, Italic, etc.) as separate files for precise control over your text styling.

Supported Font Formats

Enrollio accepts the most common professional font formats:

  • .ttf – TrueType Font
  • .otf – OpenType Font
  • .woff – Web Open Font Format
  • .woff2 – Compressed Web Open Font Format

How Custom Fonts Are Stored

When you upload a font, Enrollio automatically saves it to your Media Storage. This means:

  • You can reuse fonts across different enrollment pages and sites within the same client account
  • Your fonts are backed up and secure
  • You can manage all your brand assets in one place

Pro tip: Keep your Media Storage organized by removing outdated fonts you're no longer using. This helps pages load faster.

How To Upload and Apply Custom Fonts

Step 1: Enable Custom Fonts (One-Time Setup)

  1. Go to Enrollio Settings → Labs
  2. Find Custom Font Support for Landing Pages and Enrollment Sites
  3. Click Manage and toggle it on

Step 2: Upload Your Font

  1. Switch to the Client Account you want to work in
  2. Open the builder for any enrollment page or website
  3. Select any text element (heading, paragraph, or rich text)
  4. In the right panel, go to Typography → Typography Type → Custom Font
  5. Click Upload Fonts → Upload from Device
  6. Select your .ttf, .otf, .woff, or .woff2 file

The Custom Fonts modal will confirm once your upload is complete. You can drag-and-drop files or browse from your device.

Step 3: Apply Your Font

  1. Your new font now appears in the font dropdown menu
  2. Select it from the list
  3. Adjust size, weight, or other styling as needed

Pro tip: Upload different weights (Regular, Bold, Italic) as separate font files. Each one will appear as its own option in the dropdown, giving you complete control over your text styling.

Managing Your Custom Fonts

Access the Custom Fonts modal anytime by clicking Upload Fonts in any font dropdown. From there you can:

  • See all your uploaded fonts in one place
  • Upload additional font files
  • Remove outdated versions with one click

Fonts are also visible in your Media Storage, where you can rename or delete them. Just keep the file name unchanged if the font is already being used on live pages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which file types can I upload?

Enrollio supports .ttf, .otf, .woff, and .woff2 font formats—the industry standards used by professional designers.

Can I use the same custom font across multiple enrollment pages?

Yes. Once you upload a font in a client account, it's available across all enrollment pages and websites within that account.

Do I need to know CSS to use custom fonts?

Not at all. Everything is handled inside the builder—no coding required.

My font isn't showing up after upload. What should I check?

First, make sure you've selected the correct font in the Typography panel. Then:

  • Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
  • Confirm the font file name hasn't been changed in Media Storage
  • Check that the font was successfully uploaded (look in the Custom Fonts modal)

Is there a limit to how many fonts I can store?

There's no hard limit, but we recommend keeping your Media Storage organized. Remove unused fonts to maintain faster page load times for parents visiting your enrollment site.

What if I need different font weights like Bold or Italic?

Upload each weight as a separate font file. For example, upload both "YourFont-Regular.ttf" and "YourFont-Bold.ttf." Each will appear as its own option in the font dropdown.
