Why Are There Different Page Versions?

In October 2021, Enrollio upgraded its page builder to better handle payments and products. Pages built before this date are considered Version 1 (unlabeled). Pages built after are labeled "Version 2."

If you joined Enrollio recently, you'll only see Version 2 — you're already on the latest version.

Why Should I Upgrade to Version 2?

Version 2 enrollment pages give you:

  • Global products — Create products once in Payments, then use them across enrollment pages, invoices, and more
  • PayPal support — Accept PayPal payments (only available in Version 2)
  • One-step order forms — Simpler checkout for registration fees and deposits
  • One-click chat widget — Add live chat to pages instantly

How to Upgrade Your Enrollment Page

Before You Start

Make sure you're using Stripe Connect. If you set up Stripe through the old integration (Settings > Integrations > Stripe), you'll need to switch:

  1. Go to Payments
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Add Stripe Connect

Upgrade Steps

  1. Go to Sites > Enrollment Pages
  2. Open the enrollment page you want to upgrade
  3. Click the Migrate button at the top
  4. Confirm the upgrade

The upgrade takes just a few seconds.

What Happens After the Upgrade

Your page will look exactly the same — no visual changes. Here's what changes behind the scenes:

  • Products move to Payments — Your registration products now live in the Payments section and can be reused anywhere
  • Sales data consolidates — All transactions (past and future) appear in Payments > Orders
  • Settings stay the same — Your test/live mode settings and payment configurations remain unchanged
  • PayPal becomes available — If you've connected PayPal in Payments, it now works on this page
Pro Tip: After upgrading, check your Payments section. You'll see your products there, ready to use on other pages or invoices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade all my enrollment pages at once?

Not yet. You'll need to upgrade each page individually by opening it and clicking Migrate.

Can I switch back to Version 1 later?

No. Version 2 is the current standard and helps us manage your payments better. Once upgraded, you can't revert.

How long does the migration take?

Just a few seconds. You can start using the upgraded page immediately.

Can I use PayPal with Version 1 pages?

No. PayPal only works with Version 2 enrollment pages. This is one of the main reasons to upgrade.
