Two-Step Enrollment Form: Thank You Pages & Redirects

The final step in building your two-step enrollment form is setting up where families land after they complete their enrollment. You can redirect them to different thank you pages based on what they selected earlier in the process.

Why Use Custom Redirects?

Different enrollment packages or program types may need different next steps. For example, families who enrolled in infant care might need different onboarding information than those who selected preschool programs.

By routing families to specific thank you pages based on their selections, you can provide exactly the right information at exactly the right time.

Setting Up Your Thank You Page Redirects

[SCREENSHOT: Show the redirect settings panel in the two-step enrollment form builder, highlighting where to add conditional redirects]
  1. Open your two-step enrollment form in the page builder
  2. Click on the form element to access its settings
  3. Navigate to the "Thank You Page" or "Redirects" section
  4. Enable "Conditional Redirects" or "Multiple Thank You Pages"

Adding Conditional Logic

Now you'll tell Enrollio which families should see which thank you page:

  1. Click "Add Redirect Rule"
  2. Select the form field from Step 1 that determines the redirect (usually your program or package selection)
  3. Choose the specific option (e.g., "Infant Program")
  4. Enter the URL for the corresponding thank you page
  5. Repeat for each program or package option

Setting a Default Thank You Page

Always include a default redirect as a fallback. This catches any families who don't match your specific rules.

Add this at the bottom of your redirect rules as "All Others" or "Default."

What to Include on Thank You Pages

Your thank you pages should confirm the enrollment and provide clear next steps:

  • Confirmation message — reassure families their enrollment was received
  • What happens next — timeline for paperwork, tours, or start dates
  • Important documents — links to parent handbooks, forms, or policies
  • Contact information — who to reach if they have questions
  • Calendar links — option to schedule orientation or meet the teachers

Pro Tip: Test Your Redirects

Before going live, submit test enrollments for each program type to verify families land on the correct thank you page. This catches any logic errors before real families see them.

Tracking Enrollment Completions

Each thank you page can trigger different automations in Enrollio. You might want to:

  • Send program-specific welcome emails
  • Assign families to the right enrollment pipeline stage
  • Notify specific staff members based on the program
  • Tag families with their selected program for segmentation

Set these up in your automation builder after your thank you pages are configured.
