The Issue
If you've added a parallax or fixed background image to your enrollment page and it's not appearing on iPhones or iPads, you're not alone. This is a known limitation of iOS Safari that affects parallax effects across all web platforms.
Why This Happens
iOS Safari blocks the Javascript animations required for parallax and fixed background effects. This is an Apple browser limitation, not an Enrollio issue.
The good news: parallax backgrounds work perfectly on Android phones, tablets, Chromebooks, and Windows devices.
The Solution
Create a mobile-specific version of your section without the parallax effect. Here's how:
- Build your section with the parallax background for desktop viewers
- Create a duplicate section for mobile with a standard (non-parallax) background image
- Set desktop visibility on the parallax section and mobile visibility on the standard section

How to Set Section Visibility
When editing your enrollment page:
- Click on the section you want to control
- Look for the visibility settings in the section properties
- Toggle between desktop-only and mobile-only display options
