When editing text on your enrollment pages or website, you have five quick-action tools at your fingertips:
Improve Writing
Transform basic content into polished, professional copy. Even when you're not sure what needs fixing, this option elevates your writing and makes it more engaging for parents researching your childcare program.
Example:
Before: "The kids play outside."
After: "Children enjoy daily outdoor activities in our secure, supervised play areas."
Make Longer
Expand brief ideas into detailed, informative content. Perfect when you need to provide more context about your programs, policies, or philosophy.
Example:
Before: "We offer flexible scheduling."
After: "We understand that every family has unique needs, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and drop-in care to accommodate your specific childcare requirements."
Make Shorter
Condense lengthy descriptions into clear, scannable text. Busy parents appreciate concise messaging that gets to the point quickly.
Example:

How to Use AI Writing Tools
- Go to Sites in your Enrollio dashboard
- Open an existing enrollment page or website, or create a new one
- Click into any text element you want to improve (paragraphs, headlines, subheadings, or bullet points)
- Click the AI button that appears
- Choose one of the five writing options:
- Improve Writing
- Fix Spelling and Grammar
- Make Longer
- Make Shorter
- Simplify Writing

Working with AI-Generated Results
After you select an AI option, Enrollio generates improved versions of your text. You'll see multiple suggestions to choose from.
You can:
- Replace your original text with the AI-generated version
- Add below to insert the new content after your existing text
- Generate again if you want to see different options

Reviewing Your AI Content History
Want to see what you've generated before? All your AI-created content is saved and accessible.
- Go to Automations > Content AI
- View your complete history of generated text
- Reference previous versions or reuse content across different pages
