How to Connect Stripe to Accept Payments

Stripe lets you collect enrollment fees, tuition deposits, and other payments directly through Enrollio. Once connected, you can accept payments through your enrollment forms, invoices, and parent portal.

Important: Stripe is available in these countries. Once Stripe supports your country, you can accept payments from families anywhere in the world.

Connect Stripe to Your Account

There are three ways to set up your Stripe integration. Choose whichever is most convenient:

Option 1: From Launchpad

  1. Click Launchpad in your left sidebar
  2. Select Payments from the setup guide
  3. Click Start Collecting Payments with Stripe

Option 2: From Integrations

  1. Click Settings in your left sidebar
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Find Stripe and click Continue

Option 3: From Payments

  1. Click Payments in your left sidebar
  2. Click the Integrations tab
  3. Click Connect next to Stripe

Authorize the Connection

After clicking to connect, you'll be redirected to Stripe's authorization page. Follow Stripe's instructions to:

  • Log in to your existing Stripe account, or
  • Create a new Stripe account if you don't have one
  • Grant Enrollio permission to process payments on your behalf

Verify Your Connection

Once you complete Stripe's authorization, you'll be redirected back to Enrollio. You should see a confirmation that Stripe is now enabled.

To double-check your connection at any time:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Look for Stripe — it should show as "Connected"
