Pro Tip: For recurring families, save their card on file during the first transaction. This makes future tuition payments faster and easier for everyone.

Using Cards on File

Cards on File streamline repeat transactions—perfect for monthly tuition or recurring fees.

  • Quickly charge saved cards during checkout
  • Add new cards on file directly through the payment screen
  • Reduces checkout time for returning families

When processing a payment, simply select the saved card from the family's profile instead of entering details again.

Manual Card Entry

Manual entry is your backup option when you don't have a card reader available or need to take payment over the phone.

  1. Select Manual Card Entry as the payment method
  2. Securely enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV
  3. Complete the transaction

This is especially useful during phone calls with parents or when meeting families outside your center without your card reader.
