Overview

Payment pages in Enrollio let you collect enrollment deposits, registration fees, or tuition payments directly from families — no back-and-forth emails or paper checks required.

You can create custom payment pages for different programs, age groups, or enrollment scenarios, then share them via link, embed them on your website, or send them in follow-up messages.

What You'll Need

  • Stripe account connected to Enrollio
  • Product or service set up in your Enrollio payment settings

Step 1: Navigate to Payment Forms

  1. Click Settings in your left navigation
  2. Select Payments
  3. Click Payment Forms
  4. Click + New Payment Form

Step 2: Choose Your Payment Type

Step 3: Configure Your Payment Details

Payment Information:

  • Name your form (internal use only — families won't see this)
  • Select or create your product/service
  • Set your price
  • Choose your currency

Form Fields:

Add the information you need to collect from families:

  • Parent/guardian name
  • Child's name and age
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Program or classroom preference
  • Custom questions specific to your center

Pro Tip: Only collect essential information on your payment page. You can gather additional details during your enrollment process. Shorter forms convert better.

Step 4: Customize Your Page Appearance

Make your payment page match your center's branding:

  • Add your center's logo
  • Choose your brand colors
  • Write a welcome message or enrollment instructions
  • Add a thank you message that appears after payment

Note: Due to Stripe payment processing requirements, some layout options are standardized for security and compliance.

Step 5: Set Up Notifications

Choose who gets notified when a family completes a payment:

  • Your enrollment coordinator
  • Center director
  • Classroom lead teacher

You can also set up automatic confirmation text messages or emails to families after they pay.

Step 6: Save and Share Your Payment Page

Once you're happy with your payment page:

  1. Click Save
  2. Copy the unique payment link
  3. Share it with families via:
    • Text message
    • Email
    • Your enrollment site
    • Social media
    • QR code at your center

Pro Tip: Create separate payment pages for different programs (infant, toddler, preschool) or scenarios (deposit only, full enrollment). This makes it easier to track which families are enrolling in which programs.

Common Use Cases

Enrollment Deposits: Collect a holding deposit after a tour to secure a family's spot on your waitlist.

Registration Fees: Process annual registration fees when families re-enroll for the new school year.

Supply Fees: Collect one-time fees for supplies, materials, or field trips.

First Month Tuition: Get the first month's tuition before a child's start date.

What Happens After Payment

When a family completes payment:

  • They're automatically added to your Enrollio database
  • Their payment is recorded in their family profile
  • Your team receives a notification
  • The family gets a payment confirmation
  • You can trigger follow-up automations (welcome email, paperwork reminders, etc.)
