Add and Organize Pages

All pages appear in the order listed (Page 1 first, Page 2 second, etc.). You can add or delete pages as needed to organize your quiz flow.

Add and Arrange Elements

Elements must be added to a page. Once added, drag and drop elements to reorder them within a page or move them to a different page entirely.

Bulk Upload Quiz Questions (CSV)

Upload multiple quiz questions at once using a CSV file directly in the Quiz Builder. This saves significant time when creating quizzes with many questions.

The uploaded file is processed temporarily for import and isn't stored on the platform. After upload, all questions are added to the selected page and can be edited individually as needed.

Pro Tip: This feature is especially useful if you're creating readiness assessments or developmental milestone quizzes with many questions.

Edit Individual Elements

Click any element to highlight it and open its settings in the right panel.

Every element includes:

  • Question: The text shown to the quiz taker
  • Query Key: Prefill the answer from a URL parameter
  • Required: Make the question mandatory
  • Hidden: Hide the field from view

Choice-based questions (Single Choice, Multiple Choice) also include Options where you can add answer choices and set up branching logic using the Jump To feature.

Enable the Auto Responder so parents receive their results PDF automatically.

Element-Level Label Alignment

Set a different label position for each field instead of applying one global alignment to the entire quiz. This helps you fine-tune visual rhythm and spacing, especially in compact layouts.

To set element-level label alignment:

  1. Select a question element
  2. In the right sidebar, use the arrows under Label Alignment
  3. Choose your preferred alignment

On mobile devices, alignment automatically defaults to Top for the best user experience, regardless of your desktop settings.

Results Page

After a parent submits the quiz, they see a results page. This page can display their score, personalized feedback, and a call-to-action.

In the main Quiz Builder, scroll to the bottom and click Edit Template under "Result Template."

[SCREENSHOT: Quiz Builder showing the Results Template edit button at the bottom]

Edit the Header

Add your center's logo, name, and custom welcome text. Adjust layout, padding, and background color to match your brand.

Configure Scores

Results are based on dynamic content. Edit the text displayed for each score tier (for example: "Your child is ready for preschool!" for high scores or "Let's discuss your child's needs" for lower scores).

Adjust Tiers

In the Tiers tab, set the percentage ranges that define each tier:

  • Low = 0-39%
  • Medium = 40-79%
  • High = 80-100%

Change the color associated with each tier to visually represent the result (for example, red for needs attention, green for ready to enroll).

Add a Call-to-Action

Edit the CTA section to encourage the next step. For example: "Want to discuss your child's results? Schedule a tour!"

Link the button to your tour booking calendar or enrollment page to guide interested families toward enrollment.

Integrate and Publish

Once your quiz is ready, click the Integrate button in the top panel.

You can:

  • Embed the quiz on your enrollment site
  • Share a direct link via email or text
  • Add it to your landing pages

The Integrate modal provides the embed code and shareable link you need.
