Customization Options
Enrollio gives you extensive customization options to make your surveys match your brand and provide a great parent experience.
Footer Customization
In the right-side menu, navigate to the footer section of the survey. You can enable a custom footer with various options to enhance the survey experience.

Progress Tracking
Show parents how much of the survey they've completed. The footer allows you to display one of four progress indicators. You can also decide whether the footer sticks to the survey or scrolls with the page, and adjust its position (left, right, or both).
Color Customization
Match your survey to your childcare center's brand by customizing text colors, button colors, and more. This creates a cohesive look that parents will recognize and trust.
Background Images
Add background images to your survey for visual appeal. For example, use photos of your center, happy children, or themed images that align with your message.

Button Customization
Customize the appearance of your previous and next buttons:
- Adjust button height, font size, weight, and type
- Choose between text labels, arrows, or both
- Match button colors to your brand
Page Count or Progress Percentage
Display either the page count (e.g., "Page 2 of 5") or progress percentage (e.g., "40% complete"). Parents appreciate knowing how much time they'll need to complete your survey.
Detachable Footer
You have the option to detach the footer from the survey, placing it at the bottom of the page. This provides flexibility in how you design the parent experience.
Preview Your Survey
Once you've made your customizations, click the preview button to see how your survey will look to parents. As they input data and navigate through questions, they'll see the progress indicator showing how much they've completed.

Creating Custom Questions
To create custom questions for your survey, add Custom Fields using the (+) menu in the builder. This allows you to create your own fields specific to your childcare needs, like dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, or program preferences.
Answers to these custom questions will appear in the parent or family contact details page, making it easy to reference when needed.

Best Practices
- Keep it short: Parents are busy. Only ask for information you truly need.
- Use progress indicators: They reduce abandonment rates by showing parents they're almost done.
- Match your brand: Use colors and images that parents will recognize from your center.
- Test on mobile: Many parents will complete surveys on their phones, so preview on different devices.
