Export Form Responses to Google Sheets

Connect your Enrollio forms directly to Google Sheets to automatically send responses to a spreadsheet. This is perfect for tracking tour requests, enrollment applications, or parent inquiries in real-time.

Before You Start

You'll need a Google account and access to Google Sheets. Make sure you're logged into the Google account where you want responses to appear.

Connect Your Form to Google Sheets

  1. Go to Sites in your Enrollio dashboard
  2. Click Forms in the left navigation
  3. Select the form you want to connect (like your tour request or enrollment application)
  4. Click the Integrations tab at the top
  5. Find Google Sheets in the list of integrations
  6. Click Connect and authorize Enrollio to access your Google account

Configure What Gets Exported

Once connected, you'll choose which form fields export to your spreadsheet:

  1. Select an existing Google Sheet or create a new one
  2. Map each form field (parent name, child age, preferred start date, etc.) to a column in your spreadsheet
  3. Click Save

From now on, every form submission automatically creates a new row in your Google Sheet with the parent's responses.

💡 Pro Tip

Create separate sheets for different forms. Use one for tour requests, another for enrollment applications, and another for waitlist signups. This keeps your data organized and easy to analyze.

View Your Exported Data

Open your Google Sheet to see responses appear in real-time. Each new submission adds a row with a timestamp, making it easy to track when families submitted their information.

Troubleshooting

Responses not appearing? Check that you're logged into the correct Google account and that the connection is still active in your form's Integrations tab.

Missing fields? Go back to your field mapping and ensure every form field you need is matched to a spreadsheet column.

💡 Pro Tip

Use Google Sheets' built-in features to analyze your data. Create charts to track tour requests by week, or use filters to see which programs are most popular with prospective families.
