Launch Your Enrollment Site from a Template

Your enrollment site is your digital front door — the place where families discover your childcare program, book tours, and start their enrollment journey. With Enrollio's ready-to-use templates designed specifically for childcare centers, you can have a professional site live in minutes.

Choose Your Starting Point

Navigate to Sites > Websites and click New Website.

You'll see two options:

  • From Blank — Start with a clean slate if you want complete creative control
  • From Templates — Launch faster with professionally designed childcare templates

For this guide, select From Templates and click Create.

Select and Customize Your Template

Browse the available templates and click Preview on any that catch your eye. When you find the right fit for your center, click Continue.

The Website Editor will open. Here's where you make it yours:

  1. Update text to reflect your program's unique approach
  2. Add photos of your facility and staff
  3. Adjust colors to match your branding
  4. Add your contact information and location

Click Save frequently as you work, then click Publish when you're ready to make your site live.

Click Back to exit the Website Editor.

Connect Your Domain

Now let's connect your custom domain (like www.yourchildcare.com) so families can easily find you.

Step 1: Access Domain Settings

Click the Settings tab at the top of your website dashboard.

Under Domain, click the Connect Domain link.

Step 2: Enter Your Domain

If you're taken directly to the domain connection page, enter your domain name and click Continue. Otherwise, click Back to Domains to see your domains list, then click Connect a Domain.

Enter your domain name (for example: www.sunshinechildcare.com) and click Continue twice.

Step 3: Configure DNS Records

You'll see instructions specific to your domain registrar (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains). Follow the step-by-step guidance to update your DNS settings.

Pro Tip: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate, but most complete within an hour. Don't worry if your site doesn't appear immediately.

After configuring your DNS settings, click Verify Records to confirm everything is set up correctly.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

Navigate back to the Website Settings tab. Under Domain, select your newly connected domain from the dropdown and click Save.

You're Live!

Congratulations! Your enrollment site is now live and ready to welcome prospective families. Here's what to do next:

  • Share your website link with current families and on social media
  • Make sure your tour booking calendar is connected and working
  • Test your enrollment forms to ensure they're submitting correctly
  • Set up your tracking to monitor visitor behavior and conversions
Pro Tip: Add a clear call-to-action on your homepage like "Schedule a Tour" or "Start Enrollment" to guide families toward the next step.
