What Are AI-Powered Review Summaries?
The AI-Powered Review Summary is a smart, auto-generated insight card that appears automatically when you have at least one connected review location. It rolls up feedback from all your review pages into a single, easy-to-understand summary.
Each summary includes:
- A concise paragraph explaining overall parent sentiment
- The most common themes mentioned in reviews
- Highlight tags like "caring teachers," "clean facility," or "communication issues"
These summaries save time and reveal trends instantly—especially useful if you manage multiple locations or track a high volume of reviews.

Understanding Highlight Tags
Each summary includes highlight tags—AI-generated keywords or short phrases that represent recurring themes in your reviews.
Sentiment tags reveal how families feel:

Frequently Asked Questions
How often are summaries refreshed?
Summaries update in real time whenever new reviews matching your filters arrive, or when you click the refresh button.
Is AI Summary the same as Reviews AI auto-replies?
No. Reviews AI generates automatic responses to reviews, while AI Summary analyzes sentiment and themes across all your feedback. They work together but serve different purposes.
Which review platforms are included in the summary?
The AI analyzes every connected review page—Google, Facebook, and any other platforms you've linked—unless you filter the summary to specific sources. To check which pages are included, open the AI Summary filter.
Can I use this for multiple childcare locations?
Yes! The summary aggregates reviews from all your locations by default. Use the location filter to focus on a specific center or compare sentiment across different facilities.
