We're excited to bring the Social Planner to your mobile device! Now you can connect your social accounts, create and customize posts across different channels, publish or schedule content, and manage your entire social media presence — all from your phone.

Key Features

Connect Accounts: Add new social accounts or access your existing connected accounts right from the mobile app.

Multiple Views: Switch between Monthly, Weekly, and List views to see all your scheduled and published posts at a glance.

Quick Access: Tap the redirect icon on any published post to open it directly in its native social media app.

Multi-Platform Posting: Select multiple accounts and publish to all of them at once.

Custom Content per Platform: Customize your post for each social channel. For example, choose whether to post to Facebook's feed or as a reel, or add a follow-up comment.

Organization Tools: Create and assign categories to posts. Add tags for easy filtering and reporting.

Media Options: Add photos and videos using your device's camera, gallery, or files app.

Flexible Publishing: Publish immediately, save as draft, schedule for later, or set up recurring posts.

How to Use Social Planner on Mobile

Getting Started

  1. Open the Enrollio mobile app on your device
  2. Select the childcare center account you want to manage
  3. Open the left navigation menu and tap Social Planner

If you've used Social Planner on the web before, all your connected accounts and posts will appear automatically.

Connecting a Social Account

  1. On the Social Planner homepage, tap the + button under the Accounts section at the top
  2. Select the platform you want to connect
  3. Complete the authentication process for that platform
  4. Your account will now appear in your connected accounts list

Creating and Publishing a Post

  1. Tap the + floating button in the bottom right corner
  2. Select all the social accounts where you want to publish this post
  3. Tap Create
  4. Write your post content

Pro tip: You can add more accounts to this post anytime by tapping the + button under "Send To."

Customizing for Each Platform

If you're posting to multiple platforms and want different content or settings for each:

  1. Turn on the Customize Post toggle
  2. Adjust the content, media, and platform-specific options for each account

Adding Media

Tap the media button to add photos or videos from:

  • Your device's camera (take a new photo or video)
  • Your photo gallery
  • Your files app

Organizing Your Posts

Before publishing, you can:

  • Assign a category to group similar posts together
  • Add tags for easier searching and filtering later

Publishing Options

When you're ready to publish, tap Post in the top right corner. You'll see four options:

Post Now: Publish immediately to all selected accounts

Schedule: Choose a specific date and time to publish

Save as Draft: Come back later to finish editing

Schedule Recurring: Set up the post to publish automatically on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Viewing Published Posts

After publishing, your post appears on the Social Planner timeline. Once it's live on the social platform, tap the redirect icon on the post card to open it in the native social media app.

Availability

Social Planner is available in the Enrollio mobile app version 3.88.1 and higher. Make sure you've updated to the latest version to access these features.
