Connecting Facebook Lead Ads to Enrollio

When you run Facebook lead ads to attract families to your childcare center, you want those leads flowing directly into Enrollio. This integration captures parent information from your Facebook ads and automatically creates new prospective families in your account.

How It Works

Once connected, any parent who fills out your Facebook lead form will automatically appear in Enrollio as a prospective family. From there, you can nurture them with automations, schedule tours, and move them through your enrollment pipeline.

Setting Up Automations for Facebook Leads

Don't let Facebook leads sit idle. Set up an automation to engage them immediately:

  1. Go to Automations in your dashboard
  2. Create a new automation with the trigger: Prospective Family Added
  3. Add a filter: Source contains Facebook
  4. Add actions like:
    • Send a welcome text introducing your center
    • Email them a tour scheduling link
    • Assign a staff member to follow up
  5. Activate your automation

💡 Pro Tip

Respond to Facebook leads within 5 minutes when possible. Parents shopping for childcare often contact multiple centers, and quick response times dramatically increase your tour booking rate.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Leads aren't appearing in Enrollio

  • Check that your Facebook page connection is still active (Settings > Integrations)
  • Verify you've mapped the correct lead forms
  • Confirm your lead ads are actively running and collecting submissions

Need to connect multiple Facebook pages?

If you manage multiple centers with separate Facebook pages, you can connect each page individually through the same integration settings.

Testing Your Connection

After setup, test your integration:

  1. Submit a test lead through your Facebook ad form
  2. Check Enrollio within 1-2 minutes — the prospective family should appear
  3. Verify all information mapped correctly (name, email, phone, custom questions)

If everything looks good, you're all set. Your Facebook leads will now flow automatically into Enrollio, ready for you to convert into enrollments.
