How to Save Draft Messages in Conversations
Good news! Enrollio automatically saves your unsent messages in Conversations. If you're in the middle of replying to a parent and need to step away, your draft will be waiting when you come back.
How It Works
When you start typing a message to a family and navigate away before sending, Enrollio preserves your draft automatically. No save button needed — just come back to that conversation and your message will be right where you left it.
This means you can:
- Answer the phone mid-reply without losing your progress
- Switch between conversations without retyping messages
- Take your time crafting thoughtful responses to parents
Pro Tip: Draft messages are saved per conversation. If you're replying to multiple families at once, each draft is preserved separately.
When Drafts Are Saved
Your draft is automatically saved whenever you:
- Click into a different conversation
- Navigate to another part of Enrollio
- Close your browser (drafts persist for up to 7 days)
Just return to that conversation thread and you'll see your unsent message ready to finish and send.
