If you already have a blog and want to bring your content into Enrollio, the Blog Post Importer makes it easy. No need to manually copy and paste—just point it to your existing blog and let it do the work.
What Is the Blog Post Importer?
The Blog Post Importer automatically reads your existing blog and recreates your posts inside Enrollio. You won't need to rewrite anything or manually transfer images and formatting. Just set it up and wait for the import to complete.
Before You Start
Make sure your current blog has a public sitemap. This is usually at yourblog.com/sitemap.xml. The importer needs this to find and map your content.
Currently supported platforms: HubSpot and standard blog platforms with sitemaps. Other platforms may work if they have a proper sitemap structure.
How to Import Your Blog Posts
Step 1: Open Your Blog List
- Click Sites in your navigation menu
- Click Blogs
- Either select an existing blog or click Create Blog to set up a new one

Step 3: Set Up Your Import
You'll see three phases on the import screen. Start with the first one:
- Enter your blog's homepage URL (example:
blog.yourchildcare.com) - Enter the URL of a recent post from your blog
- Select your blog platform from the dropdown
- Click Continue
The system will now scan your blog. This takes a few minutes depending on how many posts you have.

Step 4: Map Your Content
This step teaches Enrollio where to find different pieces of information on your blog posts (title, content, images, etc.).
- Go back to your Blog Post List
- Click the Imported Contents tab
- Wait until you see the Scan Ended status
- Click Review Results
- Follow the on-screen instructions to identify each content element
- You'll see green checkmarks when all mapping is complete
After you finish mapping, you'll see an Import In Progress status. The actual import will now begin.

Step 5: Review and Publish
Once the import is complete:
- Go to the Imported Contents tab
- Look for the Import Done status
- Click Review Results to see a summary
- Click Continue
Your posts will now appear under the Blog Posts tab (not Imported Contents). All posts start as Draft status, so you can review them before they go live.

Troubleshooting
Import Won't Start
Make sure your blog has a public sitemap. Try accessing yourblog.com/sitemap.xml in your browser—you should see an XML file with all your post URLs.
Scan Shows as "In Progress" for Too Long
If your sitemap doesn't have proper URLs or the platform isn't supported, the import might fail. If you see "Scan in progress" for more than 30 minutes, try clicking Review Results to see if there's an error message.
