What This Is About

If you're using Enrollio to send text messages to families and you registered a Sole Proprietor brand before October 4, 2022, you need to verify your phone number to keep texting without interruptions.

Why This Matters

U.S. telecommunications carriers require phone number verification for sole proprietors to prevent spam and abuse. Without verification, your text messages to families may be blocked or filtered.

What You Need to Do

Before July 5, 2023:

  1. Add your childcare center's mobile phone number to your Brand registration in Enrollio
  2. Add or confirm your Brand name
  3. You'll receive a verification code via text message
  4. Reply with 'YES' within 24 hours to confirm

That's it! Your Brand will convert to Verified status, and your text messages will continue flowing to families without issues.

What Happens If You Don't Verify

After July 5, 2023: Your text messages will be increasingly filtered, meaning families may not receive important updates about tours, enrollments, or their children.

After August 31, 2023: Your unverified Brand and associated Campaigns will be removed, and all text messaging will be blocked. You'll need to restart the entire registration process and pay the fees again.

Registration Fees

If you need to re-register after your Brand is removed, you'll pay:

  • One-time Brand registration: $4
  • One-time Campaign vetting: $15
  • Monthly Campaign fee: $2 per month (ongoing)
