How to Use Content AI in Social Planner

Step 1: Navigate to Social Planner

Go to Marketing in your Enrollio dashboard and select Social Planner.

Step 2: Create a New Post with Content AI

Click the + New Post button. In the dropdown menu, choose Content AI.

Step 3: Choose Platform and Content Type

Select your social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and content type (Post, Reel, Story).

The form will automatically adjust to show questions relevant to your selection.

Step 4: Review Brand Voice Fields

Your Brand Voice fields auto-fill based on your saved settings. Review these and customize if needed for this specific post.

Pro Tip: Set up your brand voice once in settings, and it will auto-fill for all future posts. You can always override it when you need a different tone for a specific campaign.

Step 5: Answer Guided Questions

Fill out the required fields that appear. These typically include your main message, content goal, and any specific details about your post.
