What's New?

We've added a feature that makes it easier to review and edit the content scraped from websites when training your Enrollio AI bot. You can now see exactly what information was collected and make quick edits to ensure your bot has accurate, up-to-date details about your childcare center.

How to Review and Edit Crawled Content

Step 1: Access Your Bot Training

Navigate to the Bot Training tab in your Enrollio dashboard.

Step 2: Find the Website You Want to Review

In the Uploaded Links table, you'll see a document icon next to each website URL you've added for training. Click the document icon next to the website you want to review.

Step 3: Review the Scraped Content

A window will open showing all the content that was scraped from that website. Take a moment to review the information your bot learned from this page.

Step 4: Edit the Content (If Needed)

You can edit the content directly in the text box. This is helpful when:

  • Your website has outdated information
  • The scraper missed important details about your programs
  • You want to add clarification about tuition, schedules, or enrollment policies
  • You need to remove irrelevant content that was picked up

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply your edits. Your Enrollio AI bot will automatically retrain using the updated content.

Edited websites will be tagged as "Edited" so you can easily see which content you've customized.

Important Note About Refreshing

If you refresh the website link, your edits will be replaced with the current content from your live website. If you've made manual edits you want to keep, avoid refreshing that URL.

Pro Tip: Use this feature to ensure your bot has accurate information about enrollment dates, tuition rates, and program availability — even if your website hasn't been updated yet.
