Connect Multiple Facebook Pages to Your Enrollio Account

You can now connect multiple Facebook pages to your Enrollio account — one of our most requested features. This makes it easy to manage conversations, leads, and reviews across all your locations or programs from one place.

What's New?

Here's what you can do with multiple Facebook page connections:

Lead Sync

Automatically sync prospective families from Facebook Lead Ads across all your pages. Each lead is clearly tagged with which page it came from, so you know exactly where your inquiries originate.

Conversations

Reply to messages from parents across all your Facebook and Instagram pages right inside Enrollio. No need to switch between Facebook accounts — everything appears in one unified inbox.

Automations

Build custom automations that respond differently based on which Facebook page a family contacted. For example, send location-specific information or program details automatically.

Reputation Management

View and respond to reviews across all your Facebook pages from one dashboard. Keep track of your reputation across all locations without logging into multiple accounts.

Current Limitations

We're working on adding support for multiple Facebook pages in these areas:

Mobile App

The Enrollio mobile app doesn't yet support conversations across multiple Facebook pages. This feature is coming soon.

Enrollio AI

Enrollio AI doesn't currently auto-respond to messages across multiple Facebook pages. We're adding this capability in an upcoming release.

How to Connect Additional Facebook Pages

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Facebook
  3. Click Connect Another Page
  4. Log in to Facebook and select the page you want to connect
  5. Grant the requested permissions
  6. Repeat for each additional page you want to connect

Each connected page will appear in your integration settings with its own status indicator. You can disconnect individual pages at any time without affecting your other connections.
