If you see "(null)" appearing in front of your Stripe product name when setting up payment options, don't worry — this is just a display issue that's easy to fix.
How to Remove the 'null' Label
Follow these steps to clean up your Stripe product display:
- Navigate to Settings in your Enrollio dashboard
- Click on Payments
- Select your connected Stripe account
- Find the product showing the "(null)" prefix
- Click Edit on that product
- Update the product name field (even if it looks correct)
- Click Save

Why This Happens
The "(null)" prefix typically appears when product data wasn't fully synced from Stripe during the initial connection. Re-saving the product refreshes the connection and removes the display issue.
Pro Tip: After fixing the display name, double-check that your enrollment pages are showing the correct pricing. The "(null)" issue is cosmetic and doesn't affect payment processing, but it's worth confirming everything looks professional to parents.
Still Seeing Issues?
