Important Notes:

  • Multi-select fields in TikTok Lead Ads aren't supported yet — this will be available in a future update
  • TikTok integration won't work in countries where TikTok is banned (using a VPN may help)
  • We currently support lead generation in-feed ads only

TikTok has become one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, and its Lead Ads feature lets you target users who've already shown interest in your childcare center. This guide shows you how to connect TikTok Lead Ads to Enrollio so prospective families flow directly into your enrollment pipeline.

How It Works

Once you connect your TikTok Business Account and subscribe to your forms, leads from your TikTok ads will automatically appear in Enrollio as prospective families. You can then map form fields to parent information, trigger automations, and move families through your enrollment process.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

Open your Enrollio account and click Settings in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Connect Your TikTok Business Account

Click the Integrations tab, then find and select TikTok.

Click the button to log into your TikTok Business Account. Make sure all permissions are checked (they're enabled by default), then click Confirm.

If you have multiple advertiser accounts, you'll be prompted to select which account to connect. Once you select it, the window will close automatically and your TikTok Business Account will be connected to Enrollio.

Pro Tip: If you only have one advertiser account, it will be selected automatically. You can change the advertiser account anytime by clicking the Change Advertiser Account button.

Step 3: Map Your Form Fields

After connecting your TikTok account, click the TikTok Form Mapping tab. You'll see all the forms you've created in TikTok Business.

For each form you want to use:

  1. Click Map Fields
  2. Match each TikTok form field to the corresponding Enrollio field (like Parent Name, Email, Phone, etc.)
  3. If you need a field that doesn't exist in Enrollio yet, create a custom field first
  4. Click Update to save your mapping and subscribe to that form

Supported Custom Field Types:

  • Text
  • Large Text
  • Number
  • Phone
  • Currency
  • Single Choice
  • Date

Note: Multi-select fields aren't supported yet but will be added in a future update.

Step 4: Create an Automation for TikTok Leads

Now set up an automation to handle new leads from TikTok:

  1. Go to Automations in your Enrollio dashboard
  2. Create a new automation
  3. Set the trigger to TikTok Form Submitted
  4. Add a filter and select your specific TikTok form
  5. Add actions like sending a welcome text, assigning a tour date, or adding the family to your enrollment pipeline

Pro Tip: Test your automation by submitting your TikTok form yourself and checking that the lead appears correctly in Enrollio with the right information.

Troubleshooting

I see "No pages for this account" — what should I do?

This means you haven't created any instant forms in your TikTok Business Account yet. Head to TikTok and create at least one lead generation form, then return to Enrollio to map it.

My TikTok Access Token expired — what now?

Disconnect your TikTok account from the Integrations page in Enrollio, then reconnect it. This will generate a fresh access token. If the problem persists, contact Enrollio support.

I updated a question in my TikTok form during a live campaign — what should I do?

When you change your TikTok form:

  1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields in Enrollio and create a new custom field for the updated question
  2. Return to Settings > Integrations > TikTok > Form Mapping
  3. Click Edit on your form
  4. Map the new TikTok field to your new custom field
  5. Click Update to save

To pause incoming leads temporarily: Toggle the form status to Off in the Form Mapping tab.

Can I connect the same TikTok account to multiple client accounts in Enrollio?

Yes, as long as you map the form fields in each client account where you want to receive leads.

What permissions does the person connecting the integration need?

All necessary permissions are handled automatically when you connect the integration through Enrollio. You don't need to worry about individual user permissions in TikTok.

What causes the integration token to expire?

TikTok provides Enrollio with a permanent access token, so your integration should stay active unless you manually disconnect it. If your integration does expire, you'll see an "Integration expired" message under Settings > Integrations > TikTok.
