Next, you'll need to add the widget to your enrollment site. You have two options — choose whichever feels more comfortable.

Option 1: Deploy Using Embed Code

If you're comfortable adding code to your site, this method gives you precise control over where your chat widget appears.

  1. Navigate to Sites > Websites or Sites > Landing Pages
  2. Find your enrollment site and click to open the editor
  3. Click the Tracking Code icon (</>)
  4. Paste your copied chat widget code
  5. Click Save

  2. Find your enrollment site and open its settings
  3. Scroll to the Chat Widget section
  4. Select your live chat widget from the dropdown
  5. Click Save

  • Setting up notifications so your team never misses a message
  • Creating saved replies for common questions about tuition, availability, and hours
  • Connecting multiple team members so someone's always available to chat
Pro Tip: Test your chat widget by visiting your enrollment site in an incognito window. Send yourself a test message to make sure everything's working smoothly.
