Overview

Connecting Facebook to Enrollio allows you to automatically capture leads from Facebook Lead Ads, forms, and Messenger conversations directly into your CRM. This integration helps streamline follow-ups, trigger automations, and track leads without manual data entry.

Requirements Before You Begin

Before setting up the Facebook integration, make sure you have:

  • Admin access to your Facebook Business Manager

  • Admin access to the Facebook Page connected to your ads

  • Admin access to the Facebook Ad Account

  • Access to your Enrollio account with admin permissions

Step 1: Access Facebook Integrations in Enrollio

  1. Log in to your Enrollio account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Settings.

  3. Select Integrations.

  4. Locate Facebook and click Connect.

Step 2: Connect Your Facebook Account

  1. When prompted, log in to your Facebook account.

  2. Grant Enrollio permission to access:

    • Facebook Pages

    • Ad Accounts

    • Lead Forms

  3. Complete the authorization process.

Step 3: Select Your Facebook Assets

Once connected, choose the assets you want to sync:

  • Facebook Page(s)

  • Ad Account(s)

  • Lead Forms (from Facebook Lead Ads)

Save your selections once completed.

Step 4: Map Facebook Leads to Enrollio

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Forms.

  2. Select the Facebook Lead Form you want to connect.

  3. Map Facebook form fields (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) to Enrollio contact fields.

  4. Save your field mapping.
