Types of Calendar Links You Can Share
Scheduling Link — Your standard calendar link that families can use anytime to book a tour or meeting with you.
Permanent Link — A persistent link to your calendar that won't change, ideal for adding to email signatures or printed materials.
One-Time Link — A secure link that expires after a single use. Perfect for sending to a specific family when you want to ensure only they can book that particular time slot.
How to Share Calendar Links from Your Phone
Open the Enrollio mobile app on your device.
- Tap Calendars in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the share icon in the top right corner
- Select the calendar or calendar group you want to share
- Choose your link type:
- For individual calendars: scheduling link, permanent link, or one-time link
- For calendar groups: scheduling link or permanent link
- Tap Share to copy the link to your clipboard
- Paste and send the link through your preferred channel — text, email, social media, or wherever you're connecting with families
