Managing tours, staff schedules, and appointments is easier when you can see everything at once. The Enrollio mobile app lets you combine multiple calendars into a single view — perfect for directors overseeing multiple staff members or locations.

What You Can View Together

Multiple staff members — See tour schedules for your enrollment coordinator, director, and lead teachers all in one place.

Multiple calendars — Combine your tour calendar, staff meeting calendar, and event calendar into one view.

Multiple groups — View schedules across different classrooms, locations, or teams simultaneously.

Each calendar displays in a different color, making it easy to distinguish between staff members or appointment types at a glance.

How to Set Up Multiple Calendar Views

  1. Open the Enrollio mobile app on your device
  2. Tap Calendar in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Look for the dropdown menu just below the calendar header
  4. Tap the dropdown to open the calendar selector
  5. Choose the staff members, calendars, or groups you want to view together
  6. Tap to confirm your selections

Your calendar now shows all appointments and tours from your selected calendars. Each one appears in its own color so you can quickly identify who has what scheduled.

Pro Tip: Use this feature during busy enrollment seasons to coordinate tour schedules across multiple staff members. You'll instantly see conflicts and available time slots without switching between calendars.

Understanding the Color Coding

When you select multiple calendars, Enrollio automatically assigns a unique color to each one. These colors appear both in the calendar selector and on the actual appointments in your calendar view.

This makes it easy to see at a glance which tours belong to which staff member or which events belong to which calendar — especially helpful during peak enrollment periods when you're managing multiple tours per day.
