Import Methods

CSV Upload (Recommended for Most Cases)

Best for importing families from spreadsheets, your old CRM, or other childcare management systems. This gives you the most control over your data.

Use this when you:

  • Have existing parent lists in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Are switching from another childcare platform
  • Need to import enrollment opportunities along with family information
  • Want to set tags, custom fields, or other details during import

Manual Entry

Best for adding individual families as they reach out or tour your center.

Use this when you:

  • Just received a phone call or walk-in inquiry
  • Want to create a detailed family profile from scratch
  • Need to add one or two families quickly

Form Submissions

Families are automatically added when they complete forms on your enrollment site or landing pages.

Use this when you:

  • Have online inquiry forms set up
  • Run Facebook or Google ads that direct to landing pages
  • Want to capture tour requests through your website

Integration Imports
