How to Enable Spot Display

To show available spots on your booking widget:

  1. Open your Class Booking calendar
  2. Click Edit
  3. Navigate to Customizations
  4. Under Calendar Widget Style, toggle on Show seats per slot
  5. Click Save

How Spot Availability Is Calculated

Your calendar's "Seats per class" setting determines total capacity. Here's how Enrollio tracks availability:

  • Each confirmed booking reduces available spots by 1
  • If a booking spans multiple time slots, only 1 spot is deducted from each affected slot
  • A time slot becomes full only when all spots are taken
  • Overlapping bookings no longer block entire slots — they just reduce capacity

This ensures accurate availability and maximizes your calendar utilization for group events.

What Parents See

When enabled, the booking widget displays remaining spots for each available time slot. Parents can see how many spots are left before selecting their preferred time.
