We've updated the calendar in the Enrollio mobile app to make scheduling tours and appointments even easier. You can now use custom values in meeting locations, switch between families while scheduling, and view complete calendar notes without truncation.

Switch Families While Scheduling
Need to change which family you're scheduling for? You can now update the family contact in the middle of creating a new appointment — no need to start over.
How to switch families:
- Start creating a new appointment in your calendar
- Tap the family name field at the top
- Search for and select a different family
- Continue scheduling with the new family selected

Custom Values in Meeting Locations
Custom meeting location fields now support custom values, making it easy to personalize tour locations or meeting details for each family.
This is especially helpful when you use custom fields to store specific room names, building numbers, or campus locations for your childcare center.

Full Calendar Notes
Calendar notes are no longer cut off. Tap "View more" to read the complete note you or your team added to any appointment.
This ensures you never miss important details about a family's tour preferences, special requests, or follow-up actions.
