Overview
When families book a tour through your custom booking form, you can now view their responses directly in the tour details — no need to jump between screens or dig through the Forms section.
This keeps your tour prep streamlined and gives you everything you need in one place.
What's New?
Forms Tab in Tour Details
A new Forms tab appears in the tour modal when a custom form was submitted during booking. All responses show up in a clean, easy-to-scan format.
Access from Anywhere
Whether you're viewing tours from your Calendar, Family profiles, or Messages, clicking on a tour shows the Forms tab if a custom form was submitted.

- This feature works only with custom forms you've added to your booking flow
- Form submissions appear only for tours booked on or after April 9, 2025
- Basic booking fields (name, email, phone) don't appear in the Forms tab since they're already shown in the family's contact card
- Support for viewing default booking form fields in the Forms tab is coming soon
Why This Matters
Review intake details before the tour. See child age, program interest, start date preferences, and any special requests without switching screens.
Save time. No more bouncing between Forms, Calendar, and Family profiles to gather context.
Deliver better tours. Walk into every tour knowing exactly what the family is looking for.
