What is the Bulk Actions Page?

The Bulk Actions page is your command center for managing mass operations across your families. Whether you're importing new parent contacts, updating tags for an entire waitlist, or sending reminders to multiple families at once, this page shows you exactly what's happening—in real time.

Every bulk job you run appears here with its current status, who started it, and when. You can drill into detailed results, download error logs to fix issues, and even restore accidentally deleted contacts within 60 days.

Why You'll Love the Bulk Actions Page

Save time on routine tasks. Filter by status, action type, team member, or date to instantly find the job you need—no more scrolling through endless lists.

Catch and fix errors fast. Open Show Stats on any job to see success vs. error counts, then download a detailed error log with exactly what went wrong and how to fix it.

Recover from mistakes. Accidentally deleted a group of families? Use Restore within 60 days to bring them back—contacts, enrollment data, and all.

Keep your team accountable. See who ran which actions and when. Perfect for training new staff or auditing your database work.

Understanding the Bulk Actions Table

Each row represents one bulk job. You'll see the action name, type (like Import or Delete Contacts), who created it, and a color-coded status badge.

Status indicators include:

  • In Progress – The job is actively running
  • Completed – Finished successfully
  • Queued – Scheduled and waiting to start
  • Paused – Temporarily stopped
  • Canceled – Stopped before completion

Click the three-dot menu on any row to see available actions like pause, cancel, or restore (depending on the job type).

Filter to Find Exactly What You Need

When you're managing multiple enrollment campaigns or staff members are running imports daily, filters become your best friend.

Status: Show only jobs that are In Progress, Completed, Paused, Queued, or Canceled.

Action Type: Focus on specific operations like Import, Delete Contacts, Add Tag, Remove Tag, Bulk SMS, or Bulk Email.

User: See everything a specific team member has run—great for training or troubleshooting.

Date Range: Pick custom dates to review activity from last week, last month, or any period you choose.

Review Results and Download Error Logs

Click Show Stats on any row to open a detailed view of what happened during that bulk job.

You'll see totals, success counts, error counts, and for messaging jobs, delivery outcomes. This gives you an instant read on whether the job completed as expected or if you need to investigate.

If errors occurred, click Download to export a detailed log. The log includes identifiers for each failed record and the specific reason it failed—so you can fix the issue and re-run cleanly.

Pro Tip: Always download and review the error log before re-running a failed import. You'll save time by fixing data issues once instead of troubleshooting the same errors repeatedly.

Restore Accidentally Deleted Families

If you or a team member accidentally deletes a group of families, don't panic. Enrollio gives you up to 60 days to restore them.

When a Delete Contacts job is eligible for restore, you'll see a Restore option in the row's three-dot menu. Click it to open a confirmation dialog that explains exactly what will be reinstated.

When you confirm, Enrollio queues a new restore job that brings back the deleted contacts with their enrollment data intact. The restore job will appear in your Bulk Actions table and run to completion just like any other bulk operation.

Important: After 60 days, deleted contacts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you're unsure about a deletion, restore sooner rather than later.

Pause or Cancel Running Jobs

Plans change. Maybe you spotted a mistake in your message, or you need to update your contact list before sending. For eligible job types—like bulk SMS campaigns—you can pause or cancel after the job has been queued.

Open the three-dot menu for a running job and look for Pause, Edit, or Cancel.

  • Pause temporarily stops processing. You can resume later.
  • Edit lets you change the scheduled send time.
  • Cancel stops all remaining processing. Items already sent remain as-is.

After making changes, refresh the Bulk Actions table and open Show Stats to verify what was completed before you paused or canceled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which actions appear on the Bulk Actions page?

Most mass operations you run from Families—like imports, deletions, bulk text messages, bulk emails, and tag updates—will appear here with their status and a link to Show Stats.

How long do I have to restore deleted families?

Approximately 60 days from the date of deletion. After that window closes, contacts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Can I cancel a job after it starts?

For eligible job types (like queued bulk text messages), yes. Use the row's three-dot menu to pause, edit, or cancel. Keep in mind that items already processed before you cancel will remain completed—you can't undo messages that have already been sent.

Where do I download detailed results?

Open Show Stats for the job you want to review, then click Download to export an error log with per-record failure reasons.

Are bulk actions scoped per account?

Yes. Navigate into the client account you want to manage, then go to Families → Bulk Actions. You'll only see bulk jobs for that specific account.

Pro Tip: Make it a habit to review your Bulk Actions page after running any mass operation. A quick check of the stats can catch small issues before they become big problems.
