Overview

Stay informed when your calendar or video conferencing integrations disconnect. You'll receive notifications via email, text message, and push notifications (web and mobile app) so you can take quick action and minimize disruptions to your tour bookings and parent communication.

Notifications are triggered for disconnections from the following integrations:

  • Google Calendar
  • Outlook Calendar
  • iCloud Calendar
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams

These notifications help ensure your daily tasks remain uninterrupted by providing disconnection alerts along with simple reconnection steps.

Important Notes

📌 Pro Tip: By default, email and in-app notifications are enabled. You can update your preferences at any time by visiting My Profile > Notifications.

Who receives these notifications: Only you will receive disconnection notifications for your calendar integrations. Center administrators won't receive alerts for your personal calendar disconnections.

Text message delivery: Text messages will only be sent if you have a phone number configured in your account settings. If no number is set, text messages won't be sent.

Communication costs: Email and text message notifications may incur charges depending on your account setup and configuration. Review your communication settings to understand any applicable costs.
