Displaying Multiple Calendars Together
Want to show tour schedules for different age groups or multiple staff calendars on a single page? You can display multiple calendars without creating a calendar group by combining their IDs.
Using Calendar Links
This method is perfect for viewing multiple calendars in your Enrollio dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Calendars
- Click the link icon next to your first calendar to open it in a new tab
- Repeat for your second calendar in another new tab
- Copy the calendar ID from the URL of one calendar
- Go to the other calendar tab and locate its calendar ID in the URL
- Add a comma after the existing ID, then paste the first calendar's ID
- Press Enter to reload — both calendars now display together
Embedding Multiple Calendars on an Enrollment Page
Use this approach to let families book tours across multiple calendars on your enrollment site.
- Go to Settings > Calendars and select your first calendar
- Click Appointment Widget and copy the embed code
- Open your enrollment page editor and add a Custom JS/HTML element
- Click Open Code Editor and paste the embed code
- In a new tab, return to Settings > Calendars
- Switch to your second calendar using the dropdown
- Copy just the calendar ID from the Appointment Widget section
- Go back to your code editor tab
- Find the calendar ID in the embed code and add a comma after it
- Paste the second calendar ID immediately after the comma
- Click Yes, save to close the code editor
- Save your enrollment page and preview to test
Pro Tip: This technique works for combining 2-3 calendars. If you need to regularly display more calendars together or want unified availability rules, consider setting up a calendar group instead.
Common Use Cases
- Age group tours: Combine infant and toddler tour calendars so families can choose their preferred time slot
- Multi-location: Display calendars from different centers on a single enrollment page
- Staff scheduling: View multiple director or enrollment coordinator calendars at once
