Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to disconnect before reconnecting?
Yes. Always disconnect your current Google Calendar first to avoid sync conflicts.
Will I lose appointments if I disconnect?
No. Tours and events already synced in Enrollio stay in the system. Disconnecting only stops future syncing until you reconnect.
How do I know the reconnection worked?
Your calendar will show as connected with active sync status. Create a test appointment in Enrollio — it should appear in Google Calendar within a minute or two.
Can I connect a different Google account?
Yes. After disconnecting, you can use any Google account when reconnecting. Just make sure it's the calendar you want to sync with your tours and staff schedules.
Can I connect multiple Google Calendars?
Yes. You can connect multiple calendars to check availability across all of them. However, you can only have one primary calendar where new Enrollio appointments are created.
