Overview
Caller ID Name (CNAM) helps families recognize calls from your studio, but it’s important for users to understand how it works and what limitations exist. Previously, the CNAM registration process did not provide enough context, which sometimes led to confusion about what to expect.
What’s New
Enrollio has updated the CNAM registration screen to provide clearer guidance.
No changes have been made to how CNAM itself works.
Updates were applied to the registration screen under:
Sub-account Settings → Phone Numbers → Trust Center → CNAM (Voice)Updates were also made to the CNAM registration prompt for auto-registered SHAKEN/STIR numbers.
A support article is available with additional details.

Benefits
Clearer expectations for how CNAM is applied and displayed.
Improved guidance during registration, reducing confusion.
Easier setup with updated prompts in Trust Center.
Notes
These updates only affect the registration screens and prompts, not the underlying CNAM functionality.
