Overview

Managing accurate contact records is critical for dance studios and education-focused businesses. Until now, workflows in Enrollio required extra fields or duplicate logic to update certain types of contact information, creating inefficiencies and room for error.

What’s New

The Update Contact Field action in Enrollio now supports expanded dynamic fields. This means you can use the existing Dynamic Custom Value picker with additional field types, including:

  • Numeric Select/Dropdown fields

  • Monetary fields

With this update, you can compare and set values directly using live variables from earlier workflow steps or stored contact fields.

How to Use

  1. Add an Update Contact Field action in your workflow.

  2. Switch the right-hand input to Dynamic Value.

  3. Select the appropriate operator and dynamic variable.

  4. Save and publish the workflow.

Note: Select/Dropdown fields use option IDs. These can be found through exports or helper guides.
