What is Multi-Location Incoming Calls?
Multi-Location Incoming Calls lets you receive calls from multiple childcare centers on your mobile device—even when you're working in a different location. This means you'll never miss a call from a prospective family, no matter which center account you're currently viewing.
Key requirements:
- Currently available only in the mobile app
- You must be a staff member at all locations you want to receive calls from
- Maximum 10 locations at a time
When a call comes in, you'll see a location badge showing which center is being called. You can even switch to that center's account during the call to view parent records, add notes, or update enrollment opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I receive calls from more than 10 locations?
No. The limit is 10 locations to maintain performance and keep your call screen manageable.
Do I need admin permissions to enable this?
No. Any staff member can turn on Multi-Location Incoming Calls for their own device, as long as they're already a member of the locations they want to select.
Will I see which center the call is from?
Yes. Every incoming call shows a location badge with the center name on your call screen.
Can I add notes while I'm still on the call?
Yes! Tap Switch Location during the call to enter the correct center account and access all parent records and enrollment tools.
Is this available on desktop?
Not yet. Multi-Location Incoming Calls is currently mobile-only. On desktop, you'll only receive calls for the center account you're actively viewing.
What happens if I'm already on another call?
The incoming call follows your current call-handling settings (like call waiting or voicemail).
Will automations still work correctly?
Yes. When you switch to the correct center during the call, all call logs and automations attach to that location as expected.
Does this use extra phone minutes?
No. Usage is billed the same way as standard inbound calls to your center's phone number.
