Three Entry Points: Access the scanner from multiple locations in the app for quick access wherever you are.

Smart Text Chips: After scanning, you'll see interactive chips at the bottom of the screen. Drag any misplaced text to the correct field to fix errors instantly.

How to Scan a Business Card

  1. Open the Enrollio mobile app and select your childcare center account.
  2. Choose one of three ways to start scanning:
    • Go to Contacts, tap the "+" icon, then tap "Scan Business Card"
    • Tap the scan icon at the top right of the contact creation screen
    • Tap the quick actions button (lightning bolt icon) and select "Scan Business Card"
  3. Position the business card within the rectangular box on your screen. The app will automatically extract the contact details.
  4. Review the captured information. Use the text chips at the bottom to drag any details to the correct fields, or type manually to make edits.
  5. Tap Save to create the contact in your system.
