Pro Tip: Before starting a tour or parent meeting, prepare your enrollment agreement or policy documents in advance. This way, you can collect signatures on the spot when families are ready to enroll.
- Make sure your template includes the correct number of signature fields for each signer before publishing
- The "View As" option will only appear after the document has reached Sent status
- If you're having trouble seeing a recently published document, try refreshing the All Documents tab
- Both typed and drawn signatures are legally binding—let parents choose whichever feels more comfortable
Common Use Cases for Childcare
- Enrollment Agreements: Finalize enrollment during a tour when a family is ready to commit
- Policy Acknowledgments: Have parents sign off on health policies, pickup procedures, or media consent forms
- Contract Renewals: Collect signatures for annual re-enrollment or updated agreements
- Field Trip Permissions: Get quick parent approvals for upcoming field trips or special activities
By enabling in-person signing directly from your mobile app, you can close enrollments faster and keep your operations running smoothly—even when you're away from your desk.
