You can now save attachments from parent conversations—across email, text, Instagram, and Facebook—directly to a family's Document Management tab.

What's New?

Save Attachments from Incoming Messages

When a parent sends you a file (vaccination records, registration forms, etc.), you can instantly save it to their family profile. Click the three dots next to any message with attachments and select "Add to Documents."

Save Attachments When Sending Messages

Sending enrollment paperwork or a tour confirmation? Check the "Add to Documents" box when attaching files to emails or text messages. This automatically saves a copy to the family's profile.

Why This Helps Your Center

Document Management should be your one-stop spot for everything related to a family—immunization records, signed forms, ID uploads, and more. Since attachments are often critical files, this update makes sure nothing gets lost in message threads.

Your family's Documents tab includes search, download, and preview features, so you can quickly find what you need during enrollment or compliance reviews.

Pro Tip: This works across all your messaging channels—email, text, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Now every important file automatically has a permanent home in the family's profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work the same way for text message and WhatsApp attachments?

Yes. Whether a parent texts you a photo of their child's insurance card or messages via WhatsApp, you can save it the same way: click the three-dot menu next to the message and select "Add to Documents."

File preview may vary slightly depending on the file type and messaging channel, but all supported formats will save properly.
